UPDATE: -- Atlanta Thrashers' goaltender Ondrej Pavelec has regained consciousness and is in stable condition in an Atlanta area hospital after collapsing to the ice just two-minutes in to the season opener against the Washington Capitals. Thrashers' general manager Rick Dudley told the Associated Press that Pavelec had originally lost consciousness but has since regained consciousness and is in stable condition. The team says that Pavelec's vital signs were good en route to hospital. UPDATE 2: -- Apparently Pavelec doesn't remember anything after the National Anthem. He also said that when he was awoke in the ambulance he couldn't feel his legs. At the Hospital Pavelec was diagnosed with a concussion but no one, including him, know how or when it occurred.
